This website, dreamteam.now (the “Site”), is operated by Kateryna Pshenychna, doing business as Dream Team Travel (“Dream Team,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Kateryna is an Independent Travel Advisor with InteleTravel and an Independent Representative of PlanNet Marketing. InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing are separate companies, and this Site is not an official website of either.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us — such as your name, email, phone, travel dates, destinations, budget, traveler details and preferences — when you fill in a form, book a call, email or message us.
• Booking information — for reservations we may need each traveler's legal name, date of birth, contact details, loyalty numbers and, for some trips, passport details. This is collected through our secure Jotform forms or the supplier's own secure system.
• Basic technical information — the services we use (see below) may collect standard data such as your browser type, device and IP address.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare travel options and quotes, make and manage bookings, and stay in touch about your trip.
• To answer your questions and schedule calls.
• To share your details with the travel suppliers and InteleTravel as needed to complete your booking.
• To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Services we use

We share information only with services that help us run the Site and your bookings. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Jotform — our request, traveler information and insurance forms.
• Calendly — booking free calls.
• Google (Gmail) — email communication.
• InteleTravel and travel suppliers — making your reservations.
• Partner and affiliate sites (Viator, CIBT, Shore Excursions Group, Amazon, PlanNet Marketing) — when you click a link, those sites collect information under their own policies and may use cookies to credit us with a commission.
• Video hosts (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive) — when you open a presentation video.
• Our website host — keeps standard server logs for security.

4. Cookies and browser storage

This Site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores only your language and light/dark display choice in your browser so the Site remembers them. Third-party services listed above may use their own cookies when you use them.

5. How long we keep information

We keep booking and contact information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete it securely.

6. Security

We use reputable, secure services and limit access to your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you messages, by emailing travelwithkateryna@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law; contact us and we will help.

8. Children

This Site is not directed to children under 13. We collect children's information only from a parent or guardian, and only as needed to book travel for them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
