This website, dreamteam.now (the “Site”), is operated by Kateryna Pshenychna, doing business as Dream Team Travel (“Dream Team,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Kateryna is an Independent Travel Advisor with InteleTravel and an Independent Representative of PlanNet Marketing. InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing are separate companies, and this Site is not an official website of either.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this Site, sending us a request, or booking travel with our help, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our role

We act as an independent travel advisor. We help you plan and request travel arrangements — such as hotels, vacation packages, flights, cruises, tours, transfers, rail travel, RV rentals, insurance and visa services — that are provided by independent third-party suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, rental companies, insurers, visa services and others). We do not own or operate any of these services.

Bookings are made through InteleTravel or directly with the supplier. Each supplier's own terms and conditions — including prices, payment schedules, cancellation and change penalties, refund rules and liability limits — apply to your booking. We will share these terms with you, and you agree to review them before you pay.

3. Quotes and prices

• Our trip planning and the free 15-minute consultation are free of charge. We do not charge you a service fee unless we agree on one with you in writing before you book.
• Quotes are based on availability and prices at the time they are given. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed and paid.
• Prices, descriptions and photos on this Site are for general information and may contain errors.

4. Payments

Payments for travel are made directly to InteleTravel or to the travel supplier — never to Dream Team or Kateryna personally. Please never send payment for travel to a personal account. We receive our compensation as commission from suppliers.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate traveler information, with names exactly as they appear on each traveler's passport or government ID.
• Review all confirmations as soon as you receive them and tell us right away about any error.
• Obtain valid passports, visas, health documents and any other entry or exit requirements for every traveler. Requirements are set by governments and can change; final responsibility rests with each traveler.
• Read and follow the supplier's terms, check-in rules, baggage rules and deadlines.

6. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the supplier's rules and may involve fees or the loss of all payments made. Some fares and rates are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance (see our Risk Disclosure). If you decline travel insurance, we may ask you to sign an insurance waiver.

7. Forms and outside websites

Our request forms are provided by Jotform, call scheduling by Calendly, and some links lead to partner and affiliate websites (for example InteleTravel, Viator, CIBT, Shore Excursions Group, Amazon and PlanNet Marketing). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We may earn a commission when you use some of these links, at no extra cost to you.

8. Travel business opportunity

Information on this Site about becoming an independent travel advisor or a PlanNet Marketing Representative is general information only. Joining is optional and is never required to book travel with us. Registration, fees and agreements are handled entirely by InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing under their own terms. Income is not guaranteed; please review the PlanNet Marketing Income Disclosure Statement and our Risk Disclosure before joining.

9. Limitation of liability

Because travel services are provided by independent suppliers, we are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbookings, injuries, losses or damages, or for events outside our control such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, illness, epidemics, government actions, war or terrorism. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of compensation we actually received for the booking involved.

10. Site content

All text and photos on this Site belong to Dream Team or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Brand names of suppliers and partners belong to their owners.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New York.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
