Risk Disclosure
Last updated: November 7, 2026
This website, dreamteam.now (the “Site”), is operated by Kateryna Pshenychna, doing business as Dream Team Travel (“Dream Team,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Kateryna is an Independent Travel Advisor with InteleTravel and an Independent Representative of PlanNet Marketing. InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing are separate companies, and this Site is not an official website of either.
Please read this page before you book travel or decide to start a travel business.
Part 1 — Travel
1. Supplier risk
Your trip is provided by independent suppliers. Schedules, itineraries, prices, accommodations and services can change or be cancelled by the supplier. Suppliers may go out of business. Refunds and compensation, if any, depend on the supplier's terms.
2. Travel documents
Each traveler is responsible for having a valid passport (many countries require at least six months' validity), visas, transit permits, health certificates and any other required documents. Being denied boarding or entry because of missing or invalid documents can result in losing the full cost of the trip.
3. Health and safety
Travel involves risks such as illness, injury, extreme weather, natural disasters, political unrest, crime and epidemics. Check official government travel advisories (for U.S. travelers: travel.state.gov) and consult a doctor about vaccinations and health precautions before you go.
4. Travel insurance
Cancellation penalties can be up to 100% of the trip cost, and domestic health insurance often does not cover you abroad. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance purchased soon after your first deposit. Insurance policies have exclusions — read them carefully. If you decline insurance, you accept these financial risks yourself.
5. Prices and currency
Prices are not guaranteed until paid in full. Taxes, fees, fuel surcharges and exchange rates may change. Some charges (such as resort fees, port fees or tips) may be paid locally.
Part 2 — Travel business opportunity
6. No income guarantee
Becoming an independent travel advisor with InteleTravel or a Representative of PlanNet Marketing is a business with costs and no guaranteed results. Most participants earn little or no income. Success depends on your own effort, skills, time and market conditions. Please read the PlanNet Marketing Income Disclosure Statement before joining.
7. Costs
Joining involves a one-time enrollment payment and ongoing monthly fees, charged automatically until you cancel. Current fees, refund policies and guarantees are set by InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing and are shown on their official websites at checkout. Fees and terms may change.
8. Travel benefits
Any travel discounts or industry benefits are offered by suppliers at their discretion, may change at any time, and are not guaranteed.
9. Independent business and taxes
Advisors and Representatives are independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for your own business expenses, licenses and taxes. Consult a tax professional about your situation.
10. Optional
Starting a travel business is completely optional and is never required to book travel with us.
Part 3 — Website and affiliate links
Information on this Site is general and may change without notice. Some links are partner or affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Nothing on this Site is legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
